The promise
We stock it. It ships to you. Every bottle on our shelves is one we picked, stocked, and verified by hand — and we stay responsible for your experience the whole way. Every heat claim on this site is a fact with its source attached: the maker’s own published figure, the number printed on the label, or an estimate openly labeled as one. If we can’t stand behind a number, the page says so instead of inventing one.
Heat, honestly
Scoville figures are slippery — the same sauce can test differently batch to batch, and some famous numbers are marketing. So each bottle’s page tells you where its figure comes from and what the burn actually does: fast or slow, front of the tongue or back of the throat, a pour or a drop. Bands — warm, hot, overpeppered — are a promise about the experience, not just a number.
Authenticity
Every bottle on these shelves is a genuine product made by the maker named on its page — the real sauce in the real bottle, never a knockoff or a relabel. Before a bottle earns a page, we verify the maker, the peppers, and the heat claim. Each page lists all three, so you can check every claim for yourself.

There are no affiliate links anywhere on this site and no commissions behind any bottle — nothing earns a shelf slot or a kinder word except being worth your money.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Every bottle states its expected shipping window before you pay, and OverPepper launches serving US customers. Orders are packed by hand within one business day, and tracking is sent to you whenever it exists.
What happens if my order can’t be fulfilled?
Your refund is automatic. Your card is authorized at checkout and captured when your order ships, so if an item can’t be fulfilled — sold out, or unable to ship — the authorization is voided or your payment refunded in full. We never substitute a different bottle silently.
Can I return a sauce I changed my mind about?
Food is final-sale, except when an item arrives damaged or is simply the wrong item — then we make it right. When a return is appropriate, OverPepper coordinates it and issues your refund promptly.
How does OverPepper’s checkout work?
Add bottles to the cart and check out through PayPal: checking out here is a purchase from OverPepper. You finish on PayPal’s secure page, where your payment is authorized — not charged. OverPepper captures it when your order ships; if an order can’t be fulfilled, the authorization is released and you were never charged. There are no affiliate links on OverPepper and no commissions behind any bottle — the price on the page is our price, full stop.
