Shipping

Shipping on an order you place here is a flat $5.95, and free when your order reaches $50; the full total is shown in your cart before you pay, never padded in silence after. Expected shipping windows are stated on the item and at checkout before payment. Bottles are glass and travel packed by hand for the road; the extreme-heat bottles are food additives — a drop is a serving, and their pages say so. Orders are packed by hand within one business day, and tracking is sent to you whenever it exists. At launch, OverPepper serves US customers.

Returns & Refunds

Food is final-sale except when an item arrives damaged or is simply the wrong item — then we make it right. If an item can’t be fulfilled after you order (sold out, can’t ship), your authorization is voided or your payment refunded in full, automatically. We never substitute a different bottle silently — ever. Physical returns, when a return is appropriate, are coordinated by OverPepper, and your refund is issued promptly. Your card is authorized at checkout and captured when your order ships, so an unfulfilled order never leaves you charged for a ghost. To ask about an order or start a return, use the contact form — every return is handled there.

Privacy

We collect only what an order needs: the details our payment processors require to take payment, and the shipping details needed to deliver your order. If you join the Heat Sheet list, your email is used for restock and new-bottle alerts and nothing else — never sold, never rented. We do not sell personal data in any form. Demand reporting, if it ever exists, is aggregate and anonymized only. Questions about your data go through the Contact page and are answered within one business day.

Terms

OverPepper is the seller of record for its orders: we take your payment and own refunds, customer service, and the promises on this page. Every bottle on the shelf is a current product — still made and sold by its maker — and is listed with the peppers and heat figure we verified. Brand and product names are used nominatively — to identify the genuine item — and belong to their makers. Prices are set by OverPepper and stated before payment. Checkout on OverPepper completes on PayPal’s secure page: you authorize the payment there, and OverPepper captures it when your order ships — if an order can’t be fulfilled, the authorization is released and you are never charged. Allergen and ingredient information always comes from the manufacturer’s own listing. These policies may be updated; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. There are no affiliate links on OverPepper and no commissions behind any bottle: the price on the page is the price you pay.
