Marie's Fine Foods began in Belize in the early 1980s when Marie Sharp started bottling sauces from her family's farm, and her habanero sauce — built on a carrot base instead of a vinegar flood — became the taste travelers bring home from Belize. The Fiery Hot is the upper tier of the classic line: more habanero, more build, same carrot-rounded depth that keeps the flavor ahead of the fire. The 5 oz bottle is the original size. Belize guards this sauce the way other countries guard wine.

The heat, honestly

No Scoville figure is published, so we say it plainly: this is a genuinely hot sauce — a habanero build that climbs for a minute and stays for several.
