Italy grows serious chilies in Calabria and serious truffles further north, and Casa Firelli puts them in one bottle. The house style is balance — chili heat as a seasoning, not a stunt — and the truffle edition adds the deep, earthy funk of black truffle to a Calabrian chili base with roasted peppers. Italians splash it on eggs, pizza, and pasta; it is one of the very few hot sauces that can sit on an Italian table without apology. Imported from Italy in the 5 oz bottle.
